Service and Usage Agreement

This Service and Usage Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which RangerHost provides hosting, cloud, and related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. This agreement is designed to ensure a fair, secure, and reliable experience for all users.

[1] Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any RangerHost service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

[2] Service Scope

RangerHost provides web hosting, cloud servers, VPS, domain-related services, and technical support. Service features depend on the selected package and may change as part of service improvements.

[3] Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility, whether authorized or not.

[4] Acceptable Usage Policy

Users must not use RangerHost services for:

• Illegal activities or harmful content
• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent operations
• Malware distribution or hacking attempts
• Any activity that affects server performance or other users

[5] Resource Usage and Fair Use

Although some plans may offer “unmetered” resources, all services are subject to fair usage. Excessive usage that impacts server stability or other users may result in limitation, suspension, or required upgrade.

[6] Uptime Commitment

RangerHost aims to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, uptime may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, external network issues, or unforeseen technical problems. Planned maintenance may occur with or without prior notice when necessary.

[7] Backup and Data Responsibility

While RangerHost may provide backup systems, customers are strongly advised to maintain their own backups. RangerHost is not responsible for data loss due to user actions, system failures, or external factors.

[8] Payments and Renewals

All services must be paid in advance. Failure to renew on time may result in service suspension or termination. RangerHost is not responsible for data loss or downtime caused by non-payment.

[9] Suspension and Termination

RangerHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Agreement, causes harm to infrastructure, or affects other users. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice in critical situations.

[10] Limitation of Liability

RangerHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business loss, data loss, or service interruption beyond our reasonable control.

[11] Service Modifications

RangerHost may update, modify, or discontinue any part of its services at any time to improve performance, security, or operational efficiency.

[12] Changes to Agreement

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
